BUY
• If I buy a single (or several) style from a family, can I deduce the amount of my initial purchase when purchasing the whole family?
Yes! This our ApériType offer. Contact us with your purchase reference and we will deduce the initial amount from the final purchase.
• I placed a wrong order, can I get a refund?
Due to the immaterial nature of font software, we unfortunately cannot offer refund options.
• Can I use another payment method?
We accept credit card, cheques and wire transfers. Simply create an account on our website, add fonts to your shopping cart, and choose the appropriate purchase option at checkout. For orders placed but not paid online, we send the fonts upon payment reception.
• Can I re-download a font?
Yes, simply connect to your account on our website. Your previously purchased fonts are displayed there!

• Can I buy for a client?
Fonts are software, whoever uses the software must get a licence. Please note that reselling our licences is forbidden. If you wish to pay the licence for your client’s use, contact us.
• Can I buy licences for more than 1000 CPUs and/or multiple geographical locations?
Yes, contact us to benefit from our volume licencing program.
• Can I get a licence upgrade?
If you wish to upgrade your licence to match your needs, contact us to know the details of this service.
• Can I embed fonts in dynamic interfaces (such as @font-face, dynamic Flash, Java…)
Yes, by getting a special licence for this «dynamic» use, which is not covered by the standard licence. Contact us prior to your purchase to benefit from it. A standard licence already covers the use in static documents (static Flash, bitmap picture…).
• Can I include fonts in OEM equipment and software?
Yes, by getting a special licence for this «OEM» use, which is not covered by the standard licence. Contact us prior to your purchase to benefit from it.
